AuroraCorp Fundraising Dinner - Friday June 27

This dinner will be our organization's most celebrated fundraising event for diversity.  Funds raised from the dinner support vital programs, education and events for AuroraCorp, including our biggest event, Aurora-Con.

 

You are invited to attend the AuroraCorp Fundraising Dinner

When: Friday June 27th

Where: Pho Lena Restaurant at 2904 Spenard Road

Cost: $20 for adults, $5 for kids under 10

Menu: Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay, Neva Yang, Teriyaki Chicken, Yellow Curry, Beef Pad Thai, Steamed and House Fried Rice, and even the famous Tom Kha Kai!

 


 

AuroraCorp Picnic - Saturday July 12

AuroraCorp Members and family members are welcome to join us at the Kincaid Chalet on Saturday, July 12th from 12 Noon-7PM for games and fun!  Wanna be in the Live Cosplay Chess? Join the forums and sign-up!

 


"Another Night with Anime" - July 24

AuroraCorp, the governing organization of Aurora-Con is pleased to announce the next "Another Night with Anime" on July 24th at 4PM at the BP Energy Center.

Come see a fun mix of anime on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at the BP Energy Building on Benson and Old Seward near the Residence Inn. AuroraCorp will be showcasing some "Guns vs. Swords" anime including Gunsmith Cats, Samurai Champloo, Trigun and Bleach along with music videos and more!!

AuroraCorp Is Proud To Present Aurora-Con 2008!

On Saturday, September 27-28, 2008, the Last Frontier State will have its third Japanese Cultural Expo & Anime and Gaming Convention at the William A. Egan Civic & Convention Center in Anchorage Alaska. Aurora-Con will offer anime fans of Alaska and Canada and any other place that wants to come aboard, a chance to gather in a warm and friendly setting to learn more about the culture of Japan and to share in the experience that is the anime fan culture. Easily accessible and conveniently located in the heart of downtown Anchorage on 5th Avenue, Aurora-Con welcomes anime fans and Asian cultural enthusiasts across the north to join us once more for this special day.
